To download a clip: Right-click your mouse over the title of the file. Select “save target as” in the mouse selection menu. Make sure you save to a folder where you will easily find the clip on your hard drive. Suggestion: create a folder under “My Music” or “My AudioFiles” and label the folder “CycleTherapy-SylviaHenderson”. Then save your clips to that folder.
To transfer a clip to your portable MP3 player: Drag-and-drop files to your connected MP3 player.
To listen to a clip while online: Double-click your mouse over the title of the file. The MP3 file will play using whatever your default player is on your Windows-based or MAC computer.
